The spacing between the wellhead, GPU and tanks was observed to correct. The pits have solidified and closed. The well is awaiting a pump jack to be installed. I observed no violations during this inspection. |

My inspection found a lease road that is a share residential driveway. The pump jack well is fenced with I.D. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The fenced tank battery consists of three 210bbl production tanks, a vertical mechanical separator, poly brine tank and is shared with well #22843. This well also contains an additional horizontal separator outside of the tank battery. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. Vegetation has been established and there are no erosion control issues. At this time preliminary restoration has been passed. |
