Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1130008855 2015-01-02 Preliminary Restoration No Violations I was on location to check the status of preliminary restoration. The graveled lease road leads up to a shared tank battery with well #25830. The tank battery contains two 210bbl production tanks, two vertical mechanical separators, two poly brine tanks and meter boxes. The tank battery has proper ID signage and is contained within a dike. The pumpjack well has proper ID signage and annular gauges. Vegetation has been established and preliminary restoration has been passed at this time.
1277656151 2013-07-09 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location to check the drilling status of this well. I am covering this location for inspector Bob Roush. PEP Drilling Rig # 10 was currently drilling a 17.5 conductor hole. They have hit something very hard at 133 and the bit is bouncing. I met with Jeff Foley (Enervest) to discuss their drilling plans. The pits and liners were in good condition. I inspected the 11.75 casing and it is new ASTM A-500 and weighs 32 lbs/ft. No violations.
2137457996 2013-07-11 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I was on location at 1:30am to witness the cementing of the surface casing on this well. PEP Rig #10 drilled a 17.5 hole to a depth of 167 measured from the kelly bushing (KB) and 387 of 14.75 hole to a depth of 554 (KB). They ran 13 joints of new, R-3, 11.75 casing into the hole to a depth of 544 with a guide shoe on bottom and 5 centralizers. Universal Well Services rigged up and began circulating the hole. They then mixed and pumped 90 barrels of Class A cement with 3%CaCl and 1/4# of cello flake per sack. They shut down, dropped the wooden wiper plug, and displaced the plug and slurry to 524 with 65 barrels of freswater. The plug was down at 3:15am and 14 barrels of good cement returned and held in the cellar. PEP will wait 8 hours before breaking of and installing the blow out preventor. No violations.
