0189055611 2013-11-12 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The rig is currently drilling ahead at 235. They had to change out bits because they had trouble making hole. They expect to TD the surface section tomorrow mourning and will cement the same.
0190508539 2013-11-19 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection found Pep drilling the 7 7/8 production hole. Current depth is 5000 and they are nearing total depth. Once drilling is complete they will load and circulate the hole to condition it before cementing. They will then trip out of the hole, lay down drill bit, log well and run the 4.5 inch 10.5lb/ft production casing and use Universal Well Services to cement the casing .
0267919278 2015-03-18 Preliminary Restoration No Violations I was on location to pass preliminary restoration for this well. The graveled lease road leads up to a shared tank battery with #25846. The tank battery contains two 210bbl production tanks, two mechanical separators, and a poly brine tank. The tank battery is contained within a dike and contains proper ID signage. The pumpjack well has proper gauges and is identified by an ID sign. Vegetation has been established on location and restoration is complete. The tank battery, well and roadway conform to spacing requirements. The leak around the wellhead has been fixed and the well is now static at surface. Preliminary restoration has been passed at this time.
0427161811 2013-11-20 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I was on site to witness the cementing of the production casing. The 4.5 inch 10.5lbft production casing was set at 5268. Circulation was established before cementing started. Operator pumped 150 sacks of class A cement and displaced. Good circulation was maintained during the job. The rig will be moving to the Harter #5 after this well .
0865353475 2013-11-25 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The pits are being closed on this well currently. Two trucks are on location pumping solidification material into the pits and they will be solidified today. The two trucks did not contain enough lime to solidify the pits so 2 more trucks will be needed to be brought on location to complete the job. The pits at this time are partially solidified and will be closed fully when the excess trucks are brought in .
1384358502 2013-11-13 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location for the cementing of the conductor casing. PEP drilling drilled a 17.5 hole to 188 and then a 14.75 hole to 447. PEP ran 421 of 11.75, 32 lbs. casing. A guide shoe and a 15 landing joint was installed on the bottom of the casing. There were 5 centralizers installed on joints 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9. Universal was the cement contractor on location to perform the job. Universal broke circulation and began pumping 15 BBLs of gel with 50 lbs. of flake. Universal proceeded to pump 400 sacks of Class A cement that was mudscaled at 15.6 ppg. They displaced with 51.2 BBLs of fresh water leaving a 20 shoe of cement in the casing. Cement returned to surface was 20 BBLs. Fire extinguishers were available around the location. The permit was in the dog house. The pits were in stable condition. The pit liners were in good condition. The pits were fenced with orange safety fence. The location was in stable condition. No violations found.
1386865518 2013-12-10 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location to get GPS coordinates of the well. Currently an Enervest service rig is on location swabbing the well at this time. The swabbing is going well and there are no violations at this time.
1420038222 2014-12-31 Preliminary Restoration No Violations I was on location to pass preliminary restoration for this well. The dike around the wellhead is full of water and a visible gas leak from the buried wellhead is present. I have contacted Enervest and instructed them to dig up the wellhead and seal off the leak. When the leak has been stopped, preliminary restoration will be passed for this well.
1721545694 2013-11-18 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location to check the status of Pep drilling. The rig is currently drilling ahead at 4350 in the Lockport. Drilling is slowing but they expect to TD the well tomorrow afternoon and cement the 4.5 production (new casing WT65 10.5lb/ft) Wednesday afternoon. The rig will be moving to the Harter #2 following this well .
