0186603327 2018-11-21 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well is equipped with a pumpjack. There is a domestic gas connection at the well. The tank battery consists of four steel production tanks, three plastic brine tank, four vertical separator and four meters. The tank battery is shared with wells #151-25807, 25771 and 25806. The well is legibly identified. No compliance issues are cited.
0499275186 2014-05-14 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location to check the status of Pep drilling this well. They are currently drilling in the Big Injun with a PDC bit. The bit is drilling slow due to loss circulation materials plugging the jets in the bit. They plan to trip out and run a trichone roller bit which is less likely to plug up. The rig is going to drill to 430 and install surface casing. There are no violations at this point.
0534400312 2014-05-12 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location to witness the spudding of this well. During my inspection Pep Drilling was currently drilling at 20 and was about to switch over to drill with a 14.75 PDC bit. They expect to hit drift to about 80 but do not expect any loss circulation. They will run in with the PDC bit and drill to 400 to set surface casing. There are no violations at this time.
0651198444 2014-05-21 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location to check the status of Pep Drilling. During my inspection I found the rig to be drilling at 4750 on air. They expect the well to reach total depth tomorrow morning. There are no violations at this time.
1400155936 2014-05-13 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location to check the status of drilling and the affect of flooding due to heavy rains in the area. The rig is currently attempting to bring up the drilling mud weight. The location was shut down over night due to the storms and the heavy rain. The rain caused the pits to fill with water which caused the mud weight to drop. This watering down of the drilling mud made drilling more difficult and the rig began to experience fluid losses. They will up the mud weight and continue drilling ahead.
1400502770 2014-05-16 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I was on location to witness the cementing of the 23# 8.625 Intermediate casing set to 897. 25bbls of gel with flake were pumped ahead of the cement to condition the wellbore. 310sks of Class 3% CaCl with .25% flake. The cement job was pumped as planned and 24bbls of cement were returned to surface. They will be testing their blow out preventer tonight before moving on to drill the well.
1400776511 2014-05-20 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location to check the status of Pep Drilling. During my inspection I found the rig to be drilling at 4084 on air while misting. They received a load of used 10.5# 4.5 casing. I confirmed that the casing was hydrostatically tested to 4400 psi by Buckeye Supply. There are no violations at this time.
1400863974 2014-05-19 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I was on location to witness the cementing of the 11.75 32# Limited Service casing set to 420. Pep drilling put 300 mud bags, 18 bags of cotton seed and 5 bails of hay down hole before installing the casing to help establish circulation. 600sks of Class A cement with 3% CaCl and .25# per sk of flake was pumped and displaced with 50bbls of fresh water. A total of 35bbls of cement was returned to surface. The rig will wait on cement 8 hours before drilling ahead.
1401369253 2014-05-27 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location to check on the closing of the pits for this well. Currently a Stallion truck is removing the water off the pits before they will be solidified. The well currently has 4.5 casing with a 2ball valve on the well and is shut in. Pep Drilling is off location and this well will begin preparation for the frac soon.
1431534465 2015-05-13 Preliminary Restoration No Violations I was on location to pass preliminary restoration for this well. The lease road is a shared agricultural road, graveled and is stable. The electrically driven pumpjack well is properly identified, in good mechanical condition, has house gas connection and contains all required gauges and valves. The tank battery is properly identified, surrounded by a dike and is shared with wells #25806, 25807 and 25771. The tank battery contains four (4) vertical mechanical separators, four (4) chart boxes, four (4) 210bbl production tanks and three (3) poly brine tanks. The wellhead, tank battery and roadway all conform to spacing requirements. The location has been seeded and vegetation has been established. At this time preliminary restoration has been passed.
1462138719 2014-05-15 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I was on location to witness the cementing of the 11 3/4 LS 32# surface casing set to 421. The job was pumped as planned. 25bbl of gel and loss circulation material were pumped ahead of 600sks of class A, 3%CaCl, 1/4#sk flake. There were full returns the entire job and 35bbls of cement were returned to surface. The plug was displaced with 50bbls of fresh water and the Pep rig will wait on cement for 8 hours before beginning to drill ahead.
2070641541 2014-05-22 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location to check the status of Pep Drilling. During my inspection I found the rig to be drilling at 5227 on air while misting with soap, they had to increase the soap used to properly circulate out the cuttings. They are currently in the Queenstown and expect to reach total depth on the next joint. Cementing of the production casing will occur in the morning.
