1224529877 2008-10-17 Final Restoration No Violations On 9-22-2008, I inspected an old East Ohio Gas plugged well with an associated 4.5 monument with a shut-off valve on the top. The sign on the monument read East Ohio Gas, Warwich & Pachan 1608. The plugged well was not leaking. I was given a plugging report for the well by Phil Zbasnik of Dominion East Ohio. In a conversation with Steve Opritza today, he and I agreed that the old East Ohio Gas well I inspected is the Easterday # 2, listed in RBDMS as well # 60146. The Final Restoration is PASSED.
1831466204 2008-09-22 Final Restoration No Violations See Complaint # 08-007. The Uniontown office received a call on 9-10-2008 from Craig Randall (cell # 970-778-5037) regarding a plugged well located on his property at 3199 Dellwood Ave. NW, Canton, OH 44708. The well was not leaking. He wanted to know if he could cut the casing off at ground level. I inspected the site and found an old East Ohio Gas plugged well with an associated 4.5 monument with a shut-off valve on the top. The sign on the monument read East Ohio Gas, Warwich & Pachan 1608. The plugged well was not leaking. I informed Mr. and Mrs. Randall of my findings and suggestions. I called Phil Zbasnik (cell # 330-323-4701) of Dominion EOG and requested the plugging information on the well. Phil said that he would contact the Randalls in regard to the plugged well.
