There is a plugging report on file with the State inspector John Douglass name typed on it. I spoke with the complainant she wanted to have the monument cut below grade. I advised her the monument is above ground, so pressure could be checked to ensure the plug isnt leaking since it is in a gas storage field. With that, I spoke with the complainant about closing and she concurred with closing the complaint. I am recommending complaint #5057 be closed. |
