1016692552 2015-10-20 Final Restoration No Violations I was on location to check the status of final restoration. The location has been reclaimed and vegetation has been established. All of the production equipment has been removed and there are no signs of the well leaking. A plugging report is on file for this well. At this time final restoration has been passed.
1260270690 2014-05-20 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location to witness the cementing of the surface plug for this well. This well is being replugged. 450 of 2 7/8 tubing was run 450 into the well. The water in the 10 hole and casing was bailed down to 70 below surface. A cement mixer was on location to pour 10 cubic yards of 9 sack grout into the well. The grout circulated the water out of the tubing. There was full returns the entire job and grout was brought to surface and held. The rig is now going to rig down and leave location so site remediation can occur. There are no violations at this time.
