| 1175777232 | 2009-09-03 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | The Uniontown office received a call from Linda Schmucker (330-806-5261) on 9-2-2009 regarding an old plugged well located on her property at 5730 Griffith Ave, North Canton, OH 44720. I inspected the site and located the plugged well monument embedded in a maple tree trunk. The monument consists of a 9 high stick up of 4-1/2 dia casing with a welded rounded cap. The Schmuckers want to cut down the tree. I explained my concerns and options to Linda Schmucker. This well was plugged on 7-15-1960 by the East Ohio Gas Co. I called Phil Zbasnik (o) 330-266-2105, (c) 330-323-4701 at Dominion East Ohio to discuss the well. |
