The well is equipped with a master gate valve, a side gate valve with a 4.00 Daniels Run plumbed into the main pipeline. There is a flow gate valve with a 3.00 line plumbed into a 100 BBL storage tank. All lids and hatches are closed and secure. The storage tank is surrounded by a 2.00 earthen dike sufficient to hold liquids as prescribed in 1501-9-9-05. There are two (2) pickup lines on the storage tank and they are secured with valves and bullhead plugs in place. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign mounted on the storage tank. No violations found. |
