We met with Summit County Metro Park personnel Mark Szeremet (Park Planner), Dan Rankin (Operations Manager) and Aaron Hochman (Regional Manager) to discuss access and working area required for plugging operation on four (4) wells located on park property.
Access to three of the wells will be possibly due south off of Boston Mills Road, through the National Park Property. -81.596822) and then east approximately 1800 on Turnpike property, following an ATV path, to park property and then approximately 300 northeast to the well, There is a flat area several hundred feet off of the Turnpike and along the access route that would be good area to off load and stage equipment. Mark Szeremet stated that the Turnpike Commission may require a fee to put up construction signs and for lane closures, with a 48 hour notice. |

| 1423571615 | 2015-06-24 | Orphan | No Violations | I inspected the Lloyd Bigelow #2 well for an update to the I & O program. This well has been assigned the I & O case number of 1997 12 104. The well reached its total depth on 10/16/1951 at 2082 in the Oriskany formation. The wellhead is located south of Grannys Run creek. The casing records list the following casings sizes ( I D ) and setting depths : 8.25 @ 105, 6.625 @ 292, 2 @ 2082. An inspection of the surface wellhead concur with the records. A 7 X 4.5( O D ) tubing head secured the 2 tubing. The tubing head had two (2) 2 outlets with flat plugs. Surface corrosion was evident on the 2 collar with pitting approximately .125 to .25 deep. The 2 tubing is secured with a gate valve in the closed position. No odor of natural gas nor visible signs of contamination. A 55 gallon drum is approximately 15 northwest of the wellhead. |
