The well was constructed of 590 of 8.625 surface casing, 3869 of 4.5 production casing and 2.375 tubing. The well was operated as a plunger lift well. The well head was located on a corner lot in a residential development with houses within 120 feet. The well was secured with locked privacy fencing. The I. D. was present but did not reflect the current Operator. I forwarded a picture a photo of the deficiency to Tim McConaha ( Enervest Operating ) who replied that it would be corrected. I did not find any leaks or contamination at the well head. The tank battery was shared with the Genovese - Myers # 1 and Genovese #2. The tank battery consists of one (1) 100 barrel oil tank, one (1) 33 barrel poly brine tank and two (2) mechanical separators. The tank battery was secured with a locked fence and surrounded with a earthen dike. No violations were identified during this inspection. |
