1534857184 | 2018-08-20 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | The wellhead was located between the 1st and 18th holes fairways. The wellhead was surrounded with a fenced chain link fence. Access was gained on the cart path from the parking lot. The I. D. signage was posted but had the incorrect well name ( Arnold vs. City of Cuyahoga Falls ) and permit number. The area inside the fence was overgrown with weeds and obstructing the view of the wellhead. The well was configured to operate as a plunger lift well. The well construction was 4.5 production casing with 2.375 tubing and 1.5 tubing. All the controls valves were in the closed position. I did not identify any leaks at the wellhead. I was accompanied by John Webb ( Park Supervisor, Cuyahoga Falls, 330.971.8474) whose jurisdiction the well fell under. Mr. Webb allowed that the wells were recently ( within last 30 days ) swabbed in preparation for winter usage. The gas was consumed on premise in several maintenance buildings and the heated driving range booths. I requested that since the I. D. signage was incorrect, a new sign reflecting the current Urbanized Area information be posted at the wellhead and tank battery. I supplied Mr. Webb with a copy of OAC 1501:9-9-05 ( E ) addressing the required information for the signage. The tank battery was a shared tank battery with City of Cuyahoga Falls # 3 ( 34-153-2-0745 ) . The tank battery was surrounded with a chain link fence and earthen dike. The tank battery consisted of one (1) 100 barrel stock and one horizontal separator. Dominion / East Ohio Gas recently set a new rotary gas meter for gas sales. I did not find any leaks at the tank battery. No violations were identified during this inspection. |
