1377699316	2013-08-28	Administrative Inspection	No Violations	I received an inquiry from a David Hauer about bubbling coming up around the wellhead. Inspector Roush has inspected the well and informed me that the gas is from the annulus. I contacted Jim Schmidt from Landmark 4 LLC and spoke to him about the well. He stated they built dikes around the wellheads in this field, the dikes are now holding water, making the bubbling more noticeable. The bubbling is coming up between the 4.5 inch casing and 8.625 inch casing. He stated that most of the field has between 20 and 30psi of annular gas on it. He stated the company will place stone around the wellheads to make the gas bubbling less noticeable . I suggested that the company plumb the annulus up and place a 25psi pop-off valve on it, to allow the annular gas to be vented in a controlled manner.
