| 1407518173 | 2014-07-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | Mr. Dave Abbott (330.714.8605 ) called me to request an inspection of the Joss #1 well operated by Enervest Operating. His concerns were concerning the vegetative growth surrounding the location and the paint on the tanks. My inspection revealed the waist high weeds had been sprayed with weed killer and stood out visually. I inspected the tanks and found that the condition of the paint did not present an operational hazard to the leasehold. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel oil tank, 50 barrel brine tank and a verticle separator with a gas metering station. All equipment was in workable condition and leak free. I saw that two valves on the oil tank needed locks and requested Tim McConaha ( EnerVest ) to secure these valves. I also requested Tim to have the well tender to mow down the weeds monthly rather than using weed killer. The well is operated by a pump jack and also was leak free at the time of mine inspection. |

The load lines were locked. The required I.D. signage was in place and legible. The tank battery consisted of a 140 barrel oil tank, 100 barrel brine tank and vertical separator. My inspection did not reveal any leaks. The gas meter had a current chart marking volumes. No violations. |
