The wellhead was surrounded with an earthen dike and a triangular fence which was locked. I.D. signage was posted but not legible. The well was operated as a Plunger Lift well. There was an occasional gas bubble from the wellhead. The tank battery was surrounded with an earthen dike and locked fence. The I.D. signage was illegible. A 140 barrel stock tank, 50 barrel steel brine tank, vertical separator and gas meter comprised the tank battery. A domestic gas tap was connected to the sales line. I met with the landowner, Karen Spivak ( 330.351.0123 ) and answered questions regarding building close to a well. I call Mr. Jeff Moore ( 330.352.2162 ) and requested the signage issue be corrected. |
