| 1407924015 | 2014-08-12 | Production Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well and tank battery on 8/12/2014. The tank battery consisted of a 210 barrel storage tank , a 2408 horizontal separator with orifice gas meter and cement inground vault for the storage of brine. The well is produced by rods and a pump jack and has 4.5 casing with 2 tubing. Power is supplied by an electric motor. All equipment was leak free at the time of this inspection. Deficiencies I found was a broken lock on the brine load line, I.D. signage missing on the gate at the road and insufficent diking on the Northeast corner. I contacted Tim McConaha ( Enervest ) to effect the corrective measures. |
