0026479613 | 2002-08-22 | Production Wells | No Violations | Status check - Scott Wilkes indicated that the well will be plugged and abandoned. |
0830934305 | 2017-11-03 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | Bishop Well Services ( BWS) was the plugging contractor and Petroset Cement Services was the cement and pumping contactor. BWS removed 150 rods and 3772 of 1.5 tubing from the 4.5 casing. The tubing was steamed and will be utilized as the work string for spotting the plugs. A circulation pit was excavated and lined east the wellhead. Reviewed plugged intervals with Dave Bishop. No violations identified during this inspection. |
1509044003 | 2017-10-26 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | I conducted a pre plugging inspection to determine if there were any extraordinary requirements for the plug job. The well was operated as an electric pumping well. A fence surrounded the well. The well was located in a pasture field without any dedicated access. The tank battery was comprised of two (2) 100 barrel stock tank, two (2) 25 barrel brine tanks and two (2) 2408 horizontal separator. The tank battery also services Beddow # 1 & # 2 ( 2536 , 2537 ). The last reported production volumes was for the year 2015. No leaks were found at the wellhead. No violations |
1510241520 | 2017-11-03 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | Bishop Well Services (BWS) began operations to plug and abandon the Beddow# 3. The rods and 1.5 tubing were removed from the 4.5 production casing. After steam cleaning the tubing BWS added two (2) additional joints of 1.5 tubing to the work string and lowered it to 3783 G.L. awaiting Petroset Cementing Services on 11/6/2017. The well was secured overnight. |
1510581354 | 2017-11-07 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | Setting the lime plug, surface plugs top and bottom. Petroset was on site to cement the plugs, also present was Terry Whitehair, Robert Roush and Tom Hill. |

1536906231 | 2017-05-31 | Production Wells | No Violations | At the time of this inspection, the well was observed to be equipped with an electric motor on the pumpjack. The electric to the motor was shut-off. Valves on the wellhead and flowline were open. The well was fenced. Production records for this well were up to date. The tank battery consisted of two 100 BBL production tanks, two 25 BBL steel brine tanks, and two mechanical separators. Valves on the separators were open but one of the chart boxes had a chart that showed no production, and one chart box contained no chart. The tank battery was diked and fenced and was shared with wells 2-1536 and 2-1537. The signage that was located at the tank battery was barely legible, and needs refreshed. The lease access was stable. I spoke with the landowner, Ralph Beddow who indicated that the wells had been shut-in for years and within the past week had just been turned back on. |
1575805726 | 2017-11-06 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | On site to day with Terry Whitehair, Robert Roush to plug this well. The bottom hole plug was set today in the Clinton formation. |
1608003121 | 2017-11-06 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | With the 1.5 tubing set at 3783 G.L. ( 35 below bottom perf, tubing set down prior trying to get deeper ) Petroset Cementing Services ( PCS) mixed and displaced a cement slurry through the interval 3783 to 3398 ( top of Clinton sand at 3715, 317 above the formation ). Mix water parameters were 50 F temperature and pH was 7. Cement slurry was verified, by scale, at 15.2 ppg. Nine (9) barrels of fresh water was employed for displacement. The work string was removed. After a four (4) shut in period the Clinton plug top was tagged at approximately 3410. The 4.5 casing was parted at 2580 and 37 joints of 4.5 casing was removed to 952. Concern about deteriorating borehole conditions dictated that an access to wellbore be maintained at depth. BWS ran 84 joints of 1.5 tubing to set the Big Lime plug through the interval 2526 to 2200. PCS mixed and displaced the cement slurry. Cement slurry weight was verified, by scale, at 15.1 ppg. BWS removed the remaining 4.5 casing and lowered 1.5 tubing to 474 and PCS circulated a cement slurry through the interval 474 to 274. With the tubing set at 200 PCS circulated a cement slurry back to surface and into the pit. I check the cement slurry level after two (2) hours and found the level still at the ports in the casing head. No violations during this inspection were found. |
1774199966 | 2017-11-09 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | I found the cement top at 24 down and static. The casing was cut off at approximately three (3) feet below grade ( solid cement in 8.625 casing ) and the identifying well cap was attached. No violations were identified. |
