The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel oil tank, 50 barrel poly brine tank and a horizontal mechanical separator with orifice gas meter. The tank battery was fenced, locked and surrounded by a earthen dike. All piping and fittings were leak free. The required I D signage was in place. The well is operated as a pumping well with a natural gas motor. The well is located in a hay field and does not have a definite access road. At the wellhead pile ( 1.5X 1.5 ) of paraffin, drained out of the bleeding valve, was laying on the ground. I spoke with George Strawn ( Everfloe Eastern ) and asked for it to be removed. |
