The well is owned and operated by Equity Oil & Gas. The inspection found a gas leak under the 4-1/2 collar at the the wellhead and an oil/brine spill inside of the dike at the tank battery. The last reported production from this well was 1998. I contacted Equity and told them to 1) repair the gas leak, 2) remediate the oil/brine spill and 3) plug or produce the well. |
