0730264941 | 2006-04-13 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | The 210 bbl stock tank for this well is leaking and in poor condition. The tank must be emptied, cleaned, removed and replaced. The impacted soil and gravel inside of the containment dike and adjacent to this tank can be removed and disposed at the same time. |
1150473805 | 2006-06-01 | Production Wells | No Violations | The violation has been corrected. The same applies to P/N 2434 and 2841. |
1675169418 | 2017-11-27 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | The Ballard # 1 was accessed through a locked gate on a graveled road to the tank battery and a grass path for 50 beyond the tank battery to the wellhead. The wellhead was surrounded with a locked chain link fence with I. D. signage posted. The well was operated as a plunger lift well. I observed , at the surface, the 8.625 surface casing, 4.5 production casing and 1.5 tubing. The 8.625 riser was opened. I did not observe any flow from the annulus. No leaks or contamination were observed at the wellhead during this inspection. The tank battery was shared with Rohner # 1 & # 2 ( 34-153-2-2261, 2435 ), Ballard # 2 ( 34-153-2-2434 ). The common tank battery was surrounded with an earthen dike and locked chain link fence. The required spacing was observed between the production equipment. The portion of the common tank battery attributed to the Ballard # 1 consisted of one (1) 100 barrel stock tank, a common 50 barrel steel brine tank and 2410 horizontal separator. A gas measurement chart reflected the current production period for the well. The I. D. signage was posted and legible. The load lines were plugged. No violations identified during this inspection. |
