I did not observe any leak or contamination at the wellhead. The tank battery was fenced and locked with required I.D. signage in place. The dike surrounding the tank battery is adequate for containment. The tank battery was comprised of a 100 Bbl oil tank, 50 Bbl brine, 40 X 2 drip / volume bottle, vertical separator and orifice gas meter. Load lines were locked. The equipment was leak - free and absent of contamination. I did not observe any violations during this inspection. |

The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The tank battery consists of a 140 BBL production tank, mechanical separator, a 1500 gallon poly brine tank and a volume bottle outside of the tank battery fence. The valves were open on the well. The chart in the box on the mechanical separator had been changed on 12/9/14 and showed the well to be actively producing. The low pressure relief valve, spark arrestor and charcoal filter were installed on the 140 BBL production tank. The tank battery was diked. The fencing around the wellhead and tank battery is an 8 foot high chain link fence with green privacy slats, and topped with three strands of barbed wire. The man doors to the tank battery and well were locked. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign. The lease road is stable and drivable. No violations found. |
