We met with Summit County Metro Park personnel Mark Szeremet (Park Planner), Dan Rankin (Operation Manager) and Aaron Hochman (Regional Manager) to discuss access routes and the working area needed for the plugging equipment to be used to plug the four (4) wells on park property.

The following GPS coordinates were collected:

- Access off Boston Mills Road: 41.25611 -81.58015 (+- 19) - Storage Tank: 41.25611 -81.58066 (+- 19) - Separator: 41.25594 -81.58089 (+- 18) - Well with concrete base for pump jack: 41.25581 -81.584571 (+- 19)


There is an area approximately 50 in diameter just to the north of this well which is extremely wet and soft.

   then follow along what appears to be the old lease road, The construction work of the access 
   road and the working area around each well will performed by the Summit Metro Park Service.

    with a cross fitting one port has a plug the other out to a gate valve then tubing down to another
    gate valve then down into the ground (flow line).then out top to tubing with a hanger the tubing 
    has a gate valve with a plug in opening.
* This well has a concrete T shape Pump jack support along with a separator, storage tank and flow
    lines which will need to be removed for salvage.

The 10 diameter casing listed on well card is not visible. There is a casing hanger attached to the 8.5 OD casing below a 8.625 OD collar. This casing hanger might be set on the 10 casing. There is a 7.5 OD collar visible. There is a 5.5 OD to 4.25 OD well head with two - 2 OD side ports, which are plugged. There is a 4.5 OD heavy duty collar which appears to be tubing slips or a tubing head and 2.375 tubingwhich has a gate valve, which is closed. I took additional pictures of well head, equipment and surrounding area, confirmed GPS coordinates of 41.255669, -81.58222 (EPE of +/-
