0302426322 2018-05-10 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations Access was gained on a 100 path off of Mayfair Road to the tank battery. The wellhead was another 50 feet beyond the tank battery. The tank battery consisted of one (1) 100 barrel stock tank with legible I. D. signage posted. The tank battery was surrounded with an earthen dike. I did not find any leaks or contamination in the tank battery. The well was of 1930s vintage. The wellhead consisted of several casing strings visible at the surface. There was 10.625 O.D. , 8.625 O.D. , 5.5 O.D. casings and 3 tubing comprising the wellhead along with various valves and casing hangers. The valve connecting the well with the flow line was in the closed position. A gauge on the wellhead read 110 psi. A slight odor of natural gas was occasionally detected, but I was not able to identify any leakage from the wellhead. A 7 casing protruded from the ground approximately six (6) feet in a northwest direction. This was speculated to be a water well associated with the drilling of the well. I placed a call to Todd Suckow ( BoCor Producing ) to inquire about the status of the well.

There is a BoCor sign on the tank but no other identification. There was no one on site. I contacted BoCor to check on the ownership issue. According to Mark, the well does belong to BoCor and they are trying to put the well back in production. I asked him to post the required ID.
