The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. I observed a four inch pool of oil and oil stained gravel next to the well. The tank battery consists of a 100 barrel production tank and a mechanical separator. There is a dike around the tank battery. An identification sign is properly posted. The lease road is in good condition. I called and spoke Rick Huffman, of Eric Petroleum. I instructed Mr. Huffman to remove the pool of oil and oil stained gravel. A follow-up inspection will be conducted by 6/19/2015. |
