The tank battery contained a 100 barrel production tank. There was a plug on the load line. I was unable to perform a proper inspection of the dike, because the entire diked area was covered with overgrown with grass and weeds. The heat, treated separator had the correct spacing and contained a production chart. The proper information for identification sign on the production tank was not complete. I researched our database and found no production reported since 1988. I called Equity Oil and Gas Company at 330-493-3928 and talked to Russ Phillips. I told Russ a compliance notice would be issued for failure to report production annual production and to send the records to ODNR immediately. Russ stated sending the records my take approximately a week. I gave Russ the phone number to Erica Freeman from bonding at ODNR for any further question. |
