| 2119374509 | 2016-12-22 | Production Wells | No Violations | At the time of my inspection, I found the well in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The gate valve on the tubing is open. The diked tank battery has two (2) storage tanks. The load line is secure with a plug. An identification sign is posted at the tank battery. The separator and a Gatherco Master Meter are outside of the dike. The access road is in good repair.
