The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank and a heat, treated separator. The dike met containment requirements. An identification sign was properly posted. All production equipment spacing was in compliance. A bull plug was installed on the load line. There was a 16 day production chart inside the separator. Chain link fences surrounded all of the production equipment. The lease road was in stable condition with a closed gate at the entrance. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
