The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The tank battery consists of a 100 barrel production tank, a 30 barrel brine tank, and a locked, mechanical separator. There is a dike around the tank battery. An identification sign is posted. The lease road is in stable condition. |

This well shares a tank battery and lease road with permit number 2-1374. My inspection found the well was a plunger lift unit (rabbit) with no identification posted. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil storage tank, with the proper identification posted, one 50 barrel brine storage tank and a separator. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was overgrown with tall grass, but accessible. I called Vanguard at 330-223-1074 to have the proper identification posted at the well. |
