The tank battery has a 100 barrel production tank and a mechanical separator. There is a dike around the tank. An identification sign is properly posted. There is a domestic gas line coming off of the sales line at the separator. The lease road is in stable condition.

The lease road was in good condition with a closed gate at the entrance.
