My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel oil/brine storage tank with oil stained soil located 1/2 around the tank and no dike. The separator was located outside the tank battery and in good operating condition. I called the field supervisor, Carl, at 330-233-2261. I gave Energy Exploration until 12/10/2012 to remove the oil stained soil and install a dike |
