| 1724932015 | 2013-04-03 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | My inspection found the well not in production. It was equipped with a rusty, plunger lift unit. The tank battery contained one, rusty, production tank. It was surrounded by a dike that was slightly weathered and covered with weeds. There was a lock and plug on the load line. The separator was rusty, surrounded by weeds, and had a domestic gas line. The identification sign was worn and faded with no information. The lease road has not been maintained. It was entirely covered with grass and weeds. I researched our database and found zero production reported from 2003 to 2011. I called Energy Exploration at 330-637-4955 and left a message. I told Energy Exploration to produce or file for a plugging permit by 5/1/2013 and plug by 1/2/2014. I do not recommend temporary inactive status. |
