The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank and a separator. The dike was highly weathered and not capable of containment requirements. The well was in production and the records were up to date on our database. There was a plug on the load line. The proper identification sign was posted. The lease road was in stable condition. This well share the tank battery with permit number 2-2314. I called the well tender, Jeremy Kohler, at 330-718-6335. I instructed him to build a new dike around the tank battery. |
