The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank and a locked, heat, treat separator. The dike met containment requirements. There was a lock and plug on the load line. An identification sign was properly posted. All of the production equipment spacing was incompliance. The lease road was in good condition with a locked gate at the entrance. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
