The tank battery contained a 100 barrel production tank and a 50 barrel brine tank. The dike met containment requirements. There were plugs on the load lines. The separator had a domestic gas line coming off the flow line and contained a 7 day production chart. The proper identification sign was posted on the production tank. The lease road was in good, working condition and shared by permit numbers 2-2461 and 2472. There was a locked chain gate at the entrance. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
