-up line has a plug. There is a deduct meter and 7 day chart with overprinting at the separator. Chain link fences surround the well and tank battery. The access road is in good repair.

The equipment on site:

1364300475 2013-03-21 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well in production. It was equipped with a pumping unit that was surrounded by a chain link fence no lock. There was a brine leak from the well that extended approximately 7 from the wellhead. The tank battery contained one, 210 barrel production tank, one, 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. It was surrounded by a chain link fence with no lock. The proper identification signs were posted on the fence at the well and stenciled on the production tank. There was a plug on the load line. The lease road was in good condition. I called Petrox, Inc. at 330-653-5526. I instructed them to clean up the brine leak and remove the contaminated weeds and soil. Also, I told them to place a dike around the well.
