The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and a separator. The dike met containment requirements. An identification sign was posted at the tank. A lock and bull plug was on the load line. The lease road was part of the businesses yard. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |

During the inspection, it was observed that the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and in production. The gate valve and the 2 inch flow line valve were open. There was a domestic line plumbed off the 4.5 inch casing with two regulators, a drip bottle and meter. The valve on the domestic line was open. The diked tank battery was comprised of one 100 BBL tank, one 50 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart showed production. Legible identification was present at the tank battery and the lease access was stable. |
