The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The flow line ball valves were in the closed position. The well was supplying gas to a domestic line coming off of the 4.5 casing. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank and a vertical separator. I noticed a small amount of oil and oil stained soil on the north side of the production tank. Over three quarters of the dike was completely weathered. An identification sign was properly posted. A bull plug was installed on the load line. The lease road was in stable condition. I researched our database and found zero production reported for 2013. I called and spoke with Bill Templeton. I instructed Mr. Templeton to:

Ms. Crawder stated the well has been leaking for approximately one month. Also, Ms. Crawder claims the well has leaked off and on throughout the past winter. I informed Ms. Crawder that I contacted Dustin Energy to immediately make repairs to stop the gas leak and a follow-up inspection will be conducted. | |

Also, Ms. Crawder stated Bill Templeton, owner of Dustin Energy, was on location attempting to repair the gas leak. Ms. Crawder claimed the lid on the storage tank blew open and oil could be see on the side of the tank.
I immediately contacted Mr. Templeton. Mr. Templeton stated he was on location to tighten the tubing wellhead. Also, Mr. Templeton stated the lid blew open at the storage tank from him blowing down the well. Mr. Templeton stated there was no oil leak or spill; that the storage tank was misting from blowing down the well. According to Mr. Templeton, he stated the gas leak has been stopped and he verified it by pouring water on top of the wellhead to ensure there were no bubbles. I instructed Mr. Templeton to clean-up any oil residue from making repairs. Also, I informed Mr. Templeton that I would be on location early on Monday, 7/2/2018.
