The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and a vertical separator. A domestic gas line came off of the separator. The dike was weathered. An identification sign was posted at the tank battery. A bull plug was installed on the load line. The lease road was in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. I called Eric Petroleum and instructed the field supervisor, Rick Huffman, to build a new dike. A follow-up inspection found be performed by 11/7/2014. |
