Concerns of ATV vehicles using lease road to access Smith-Stewart road wrecklessly . He would like company to establish gate at entrance to deter this unwanted traffic . I advised Mr. Stutz that it is not required for company to establish gate in this area . Inspection showed there is a gate at entrance but is damaged to point it is not usable . Well and tank battery area showed no violations. I contacted company and spoke with David Beck , I advised him of concerns of local residents relevant ATV traffic from lease road onto public road . Mr. Beck then advised me when well was first put in they had a gate at entrance but it was damaged to point it was not useble . Mr. Beck told me they would establish another gate but he had no guarantee someone would not tear it down , also it would not prevent the ATV vehicles from going around gate . |
