The tank battery has a storage tank and separator. There is a domestic gas supply plumbed off of the sales line at the separator. A dike surrounds the tank. An identification sign is posted. The load line is secure with a bull plug. The access road is in stable condition.

The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank and a heat, treated, separator. The dike was weathered and not capable of meeting containment requirements. A bull plug was installed on the load line. There was a 16 day production chart inside the separator. An identification sign was properly posted. There were two domestic gas lines coming off the flow line at the separator. The lease road was in stable condition with a locked. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. I called Larry, the field supervisor. I instructed Larry to build a new dike. |
