0582536437 | 2012-07-05 | Production Wells | No Violations | On 7/5/2012, I completed a production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well was a plunger lift (rabbit) unit that was in good condition. The tank batter contained one 100 barrel oil storage tank, with the proper identification posted, one buried concrete brine tank and a separator. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. I reviewed the production records in our database and discovered no production has been reported since 2004. I spoke to the well tender, John Adams, and found that the well was purchased by J Well from Kleese on 2/14/2012. The well tender said the well went back into production last week, the 100 barrel oil storage tank was placed on four 6x6 boards to get it off the ground, and the well was newly painted. Inspection passed. |

1413139830 | 2015-03-11 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a concrete, brine tank and two (2), mechanical separators. An identification sign was posted. There was a dike around the two (2) tanks. There was a plug on the load line. There was a production meter and chart on the sales line at the separator. The lease road was in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
