My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel oil storage tank, one, 30 barrel brine storage tank, a separator, and the proper identification. I noticed part of the dike was missing and next to a ditch. I called Larry Lower at 216-570-8708 and asked for the dike to be repair. I will re-inspect by 10/31/2012. |
