1857838693 2015-06-04 Production Wells Violations Noted I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well not in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The two inch flow line ball valve is in the closed position. The well is surrounded by phragmite weeds. The tank battery consists of a 100 barrel production tank and a mechanical separator. There is a dike around the tank. The dike is overgrown with tall weeds and shrubs. An identification sign is posted on the separator. The well shares the access road with permit numbers 2-0918 and 2-0919. The access road from permit number 2-0919 to the tank battery and well is completely covered with grass and blocked by several, large, tree branches and overgrown shrubs. I researched our RBDMS database and found Enervest filed zero annual production from 2010 to 2011 and 2013 to 2014. Enervest filed 18 MCF for 2012. I called and spoke with Tim McConaha, superintendent for Enervest. I informed Mr. McConaha that a compliance notice will be issued to plug the well. Well shall be plugged within 180 days.
