-2991. I spoke with Parrot Energy to post an identification sign at the well. A follow-up inspection will be conducted by April 14, 2017. The equipment on site:

My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was located west of the tank battery inside the chain link fence for the Mosquito Creek Storage. I had to call Parrot Energy at 330-637-0151 to gain access to inspect the well. The tank battery was shared by permit number 2-2991, contained one, 50 barrel oil/brine storage tank, a separator, an identification sign, and surrounded by a chain link fence. The lease road was the driveway for the maintenance building. |
