A domestic gas line came off the 4.5 casing. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. An identification sign was properly posted on the stairs at the production tank. The dike met containment requirements. A 16 day production chart was located on the sales line. The lease road was in stable condition. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
