My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel oil storage tank, one, buried concrete brine storage tank, a separator, and the proper identification. The storage tank hatch was secure. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was the parking area behind warehouse. There are no violations at this time. |

The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The tank battery consists of a 100 barrel production tank and a mechanical separator. An identification sign is posted on the tank. The dike around the tank battery is completely weathered. I observed a ditch right next to the tank battery on the west side. I called and spoke with Matt Kleese, manager of Kleese Development Assoc. I instructed Mr. Kleese to build a new dike around the tank battery. A follow-up inspection will be conducted by 5/22/2015. |
