1569841061 | 2013-02-19 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. It was contained inside a wooden shack. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank and a separator. There was a lock and plug on the load line. A carbon filter was installed on the production tank. There was a dead tree partially lying on the separator. A 16 day production chart was located on the sales line. The lease road was in good condition. The production records were up to date on our database. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. I called Matt Kleese at 360-8055. I instructed him to install a lock at the well and to remove the dead tree from the separator. I will re-inspect on 3/8/2013. |
