A domestic gas line came off of the 4.5 casing. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 30 barrel brine tank and a separator. There were chain link fences around the production equipment. A dike surrounded the production tank. The proper identification sign was posted. There was a 16 day production chart inside the separator. A plug was installed on the load line. The lease road was in good condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
