The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The proper identification sign was posted. The dike met containment requirements. There was a 7 day production chart at the separator. Two, locked, chain link fences surrounded the production equipment and well. The lease road was the driveway for the resident. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
