0827417629 2015-09-04 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The well is covered by overgrown weeds. The tank battery consists of two (2), 100 barrel production tanks and a mechanical separator. The dike is weathered. I observed the production tank sits within 10 of a water filled ditch. There is no identification posted. There is a plug on the load line. A locked, chain link fence surrounds the tank battery. The fence gate is leaning into the tank battery. Bobcat took ownership of the well on 1/27/2015. I called Dave Rice, field supervisor for Bobcat. I instructed Mr. Rice to build a new dike and repair the fence gate, post an identification sign, and cut the weeds down at the well. Mr. Rice stated the issues will be corrected. Follow-up inspections will be conducted.
